Morning Cacao Elixir

Vanilla · Cinnamon · Cayenne

A warm spiced cup of cacao

Warm, gently spiced and just sweet enough — the everyday NUDE cup.

Recipe

  • 20 g NUDE CACAO
  • 6 oz / 160 ml whole milk or creamy plant milk
  • ½–1 tsp honey, to taste
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Tiny pinch cayenne
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

Warm the milk until steaming, not boiling. Add NUDE CACAO, cinnamon, cayenne and salt. Blend or whisk vigorously until completely smooth and lightly frothy. Remove from the heat, stir in vanilla, then add honey to taste.

Orange Blossom Cacao

Orange · Cardamom · Rose

Bright citrus, soft florals and warm cardamom over deep cacao.

Recipe

  • 20 g NUDE CACAO
  • 4 oz / 120 ml whole milk or creamy plant milk
  • 1 oz / 30 ml water
  • Finely grated zest of ¼ orange
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • ⅛ tsp food-grade rose water
  • Small pinch ground cardamom (roughly 1/16 tsp)
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

Warm the milk, water and about three-quarters of the orange zest until steaming. Add NUDE CACAO, honey, cardamom and salt. Blend until completely smooth and frothy. Remove from the heat, wait about 30 seconds, then stir in the rose water and remaining fresh orange zest.

Cacao Matcha Latte

Cacao · Matcha · Vanilla

A layered glass of dark cacao and green matcha

Deep cacao with a clean green matcha finish — earthy, creamy and balanced.

Recipe

  • 20 g NUDE CACAO
  • ½ tsp / approximately 1 g matcha
  • 5 oz / 150 ml whole or oat milk
  • 1 oz / 30 ml hot water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

Whisk the matcha into the hot water until completely smooth. Separately, warm the milk until steaming. Add NUDE CACAO, honey and salt and blend until smooth and frothy. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour the cacao into your mug, add the matcha and whisk briefly to combine.

Cacao Bliss Smoothie

Raspberry · Banana · Almond

A thick cacao and raspberry smoothie topped with fruit

Dark cacao, ripe banana and tart raspberries blended thick and cold.

Recipe

  • 20 g NUDE CACAO
  • 1 oz / 30 ml hot water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 5 oz / 150 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ½ tsp honey, optional

Method

First melt NUDE CACAO into the hot water until completely smooth. Add the milk, frozen banana, raspberries, almond butter, vanilla and salt to a blender. Pour in the warm cacao concentrate and blend immediately on high until completely smooth and thick. Taste before adding honey.

Iced & Shaken

Cold · Silky · Frothy

A cold cacao with a proper foamy head — simple enough to make all summer.

Recipe

  • 20 g NUDE CACAO
  • 2 oz / 60 ml hot water
  • 5 oz / 150 ml cold whole milk or creamy plant milk
  • ½–1 tsp honey
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 full glass ice

Method

Melt NUDE CACAO into the hot water with honey and salt until completely smooth. Immediately add the cold milk. Pour into a shaker or sealed jar filled with ice and shake hard for 15–20 seconds. Strain or pour directly into a glass over fresh ice.

The Pure Cup

Cacao · Milk · Nothing Else

A plain steaming cup of pure cacao

Nothing to hide behind — just NUDE, warm and smooth.

Recipe

  • 20 g NUDE CACAO
  • 6⅓ oz / 190 ml whole milk or creamy plant milk

Method

Warm the milk until steaming, not boiling. Add NUDE CACAO and let it soften for about 30 seconds. Whisk or blend until completely smooth and glossy. Drink it unsweetened first.
