US shipping

We are preparing for our first US release. Check the product page for current availability. Shipping options, prices and dispatch information will be confirmed before orders open.

Warm-weather delivery

Cacao can soften in warm conditions. Please collect your parcel promptly and store it in a cool, dry place. Softening or surface bloom alone is a cosmetic change and is not covered when the packaging is intact and the product is otherwise usable.

If your order arrives damaged

If the bar has leaked, its seal is damaged or the product is unusable, email hello@nude-cacao.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. For a confirmed problem, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item; if a replacement is unavailable, we will refund it.
