These Terms of Service govern your use of nude-cacao.com and any purchase you make from NUDE Cacao, operated by Ancestral Brew Pty Ltd (ABN 50 642 826 542). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Our products: NUDE Cacao sells food products made from 100% cacao. Descriptions, serving information and images are provided in good faith. Cacao is a natural product, so colour, texture and appearance may vary between batches. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition.

 

Orders and pricing: prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

 

Payment: payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

 

Shipping, returns and refunds: these are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

 

Intellectual property: all content on this site — text, images, logos and the NUDE Cacao brand — is owned by Ancestral Brew Pty Ltd and may not be used without permission.

 

Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancestral Brew Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

 

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
