One ingredient, checked
NUDE is 100% cacao. No sugar, no sweeteners, no dairy, no fillers, no additives. When the whole recipe is one ingredient, testing it properly matters more, not less.
What every batch is tested for
- Heavy metals, mycotoxins, and pesticides: tested by third-party labs; results published batch by batch.
- Composition: the numbers we publish per 20g cup: 890mg polyphenols* · caffeine ~51mg · theobromine ~156mg · magnesium 58mg (15% DV) · fibre ~3.4g.
- Microbiological screening: screened by a third-party lab.

Batch by batch, in public
Each run of NUDE is a numbered batch with its own page: origin, process, tasting notes, composition, testing summary. Batch 001, the Founding Batch, is first. When a batch sells through, its page stays up. That's the point of a paper trail.
